Public sewer and trash are other utilities that are frequently municipal utility services, and as such a tenant's failure to pay could lead to a lien against the property.Of special note in PA is natural gas service in the City of Philadelphia, because the gas supplier in Philadelphia is the municipal utility called PGW.

My wife and I were highschool sweethearts who were married and started a family in our college years.I started and have ran my own business in the broadband industry for the last 11 years.

I am working on setting up our first direct mail marketing campaign and I was wondering what recommendations the community might have for direct mail yellow letters/post card suppliers as well as what answering services you have found to work best.  

So, tell me I'm not the only company that has had a supplier place liens on their properties because  the contractor who worked on said properties stiffed the supplier?

Maybe our business model is different than most, but I dont want to be transnational with my suppliers, I really want to focus on being collaborative.  

Most of the smaller sub/handymen types don't do the proper notices, but most major suppliers do.

Reliable suppliers will provide materials at the lowest possible prices.

Looking for a good granite contractor/provider.  I can do the work myself, but need a good place to buy.
