Beyond that period you could do so, knowing that you forfeit your earnest money (if relevant in your state).Regarding revising the price -- In my opinion I'd say if your local market is going to pot because everybody, or most bodies, are in your situation then it COULD be worth talking to your agent about.

Airbnb asked Congress to bump that limit up to 60 days.Finally, the company asked the body to encourage lenders to offer low-interest loans to hosts, using tax cuts or other such incentives...”It will be interesting to see what, if any measures are passed to assist property owners.

Or, if you can handle the risk, try and go it alone like many on this site do.No one was gossipping and freaking out during the plague.... they were working... despite the bodies in the streets.Kids were not off school for 2 months while polio was going around.If you government tells you you must stay in your home, or you can not go to work, or be a productive contributing member of your community, stand up and remind them that they work for you!

You cannot fake trucks taking out dead bodies to other cities because the morgue doesn’t have space.Northern Italy was a war zone where every room was a covid positive patient where patients were laying on the hallways, where people like you and me were gasping for air and sedated while a nurse or physician in many cases without adequate PPE were holding their hands to their deaths without family members allowed.Each case the same bilateral (meaning both lungs) pneumonia.Truly heartbreaking that we have gotten to this.Please have some respect for the people that died in Italy and if you don’t know what you are talking about limit yourself to talk about real estate.

I don't think there is any one job that can do it for large multi-family.It's a very large disparate body of knowledge, although "If you got the dough, you got the go" could be said, where you buy and learn on the job.
