Even though there is not much snow, I find the winters bitter cold with the breeze off the ocean.I 've looked at buying in many of the parks, last time I looked at a place east of Rt 1 where a mobile went for $10k and only a few miles to ocean.

Is just that I know a lot of people that rather deprive themselves for long periods of time, and within that time of restraining they miss out on so many blessings that life brings us and they complain and get bitter and keep having effects on depriving.
