A lot of bitter resentment from homeowners who clear out their property and strip it down to where they even take the copper!

Even though there is not much snow, I find the winters bitter cold with the breeze off the ocean.I 've looked at buying in many of the parks, last time I looked at a place east of Rt 1 where a mobile went for $10k and only a few miles to ocean. 

 In the 237 places that don't selected, there is going to be some bitterness, particularly the ones that made a serious effort and expended significant resources.... 

OTOH, it's a bit of a bitter pill to swallow to know there is such a stigma attached to my chosen profession.I think it likely that used car salesman have a better reputation than wholesalers.

In order to do this, I need to add multiple streams of revenue through RE and increase passive income to rival current salary.

I have seen so many people compromising on their goals and end up bitter, unhappy, and divorced.

Is just that I know a lot of people that rather deprive themselves for long periods of time, and within that time of restraining they miss out on so many blessings that life brings us and they complain and get bitter and keep having effects on depriving.
