Hey Eric, Good thoughts there...the coast is such an impacted market (much like Bend and PDX) with a lack of long-term rentals.

Once that transition occurs, you can't really dictate that they use your software and processes - you are not their only client, so they cannot be expected to bend everything to your will.

In my analysis of local (Bend, OR) and a couple out of state markets, it is, as suspected, very clear that my local markets rent to price ratio is unfavorable (think $350k house rents for $1600).
