Unless the developer has very deep pockets from other projects over decades and can (float) a property in a cycle change until the next upswing they could lose everything.I saw overbuilding in the last down cycle in 2007,2008 nationally.Some vultures wait in the wings for the less informed developers to pour cash in to get a project to certain completion and then swoop in when they are struggling to buy for cheap and finish out.Now this is just the start so some markets of course are still doing well and not showing many cracks yet in the dam

I caulk the entire perimeter of the dishwasher space with silicone and create a silicone dam across the gap between rear of cabinets and the back wall or base.

Some inspectors  miss inspections  of flat roofs screws sticking up ,flashing is missing or done  wrong  a big one .Trying to turn a C to a B seems dam near impossible with the type of folks you are dealing with .

Especially since we are viewed as a liberal leaning social justice state ( for better or worse ), it is exactly the opposite of what they are running away from with China.Right now Trump's administration has set refugee / asylum cap at 15k / yr ( by contrast it was 85k / yr in 2016 ).With Biden in office, should we expect the asylum cap dam to burst and a significant influx of HK money driving up the market again ?
