I have a no pet policy, however, if I was you I would go let the dog out but politely point out to the tenant that this is a favor and in the future try to find other arrangements.

As a Military Mortgage BootCamp Instructor, it makes me angry at the level of incompetence with Loan Officers working with Veterans and not understanding VA lending.That said, yes it's a no brainer to take a slightly higher interest rate and pull cash out, even with closing costs again.

This is after I have already personally run through a no pets policy via email or phone before a walk through.I feel like telling them that at that point it has nothing to do with the pet and everything to do with there deception, but I don't want to waste another minute with them.Conservatively, 65% of my contacts.

ie - if your HOA or municipality has a no noise after 10:00 pm rule, then any noise prior to that is not actionable.
