This is not an easy task and definitely a bit of teeth gnashing took place as you awaited appraisals and final refi (this is the WORST part of BRRR in my opinion).

We use Mandrill but it's for forgot password, invoices, receipts, task reminders, notifications, etc...We weren't able to find a solution for this either, so we had to develop our own software and integrated our gmail account for sending day to day emails but we are using Google Apps for business, so emails are coming from our own domain name.  

Thanks to this wonderful community and all you wonderful people over the past few months my wife and I have gained the confidence to pull the trigger on this exciting adventure.

We live in the Palm Springs area, love off-roading, camping, basically any kind of adventure, own a carpentry business, and have two dogs.I came across this site as I was looking into real estate and flipping homes.

The truth is David, and you have called me up on this before here in the forums, previously I had worked for one of Funding for Flipping's competitors, and was tasked with diminishing their public opinion.

I'm not sure where those banks have all their locations, but it has been quite the difficult task finding a bank to work with me on this one...Now to the property managing softwares that can allow me to have multiple bank accounts to receive ACHs without paying crazy amounts of fees and providing proof of registration with the state....ugh... good luck!

The best thing about REI is there are so many ways to do it, so find what you are comfortable with and know that you can change tacks if and when you need to.Best of luck in your new adventure!
