I always start off clients in the resort style communities rather than trying to make a go at it in a 'regular' community.

If I wanted to do high stakes gambling I would go to Vegas and get free drinks not pay so gurus to blow smoke.

I currently own a 3Bed / 3Bath duet style home in the Bay Area.

When I asked about it during the 3-day training in Vegas, I was told it was too complicated to explain, and they have instructions and would get help with setup.

But I would suggest that most of these “programs” put together by the notorious real estate marketing companies located in Salt Lake City, or Las Vegas are well vetted by legal council and do not commit legal fraud on its face.  

I had a 1901 2sty Victorian style house... while I loved it yes, it was a never ending Project house. 

Just find an agent that's on board with your buying style. 

In short, he seemd like a "regular Joe" and he had this laid-back style about him and he explained property ownership in simple terms (I was 24 at the time) for me to understand.
