Is it a future possibility to have a "report abuse" record where we can pull of a record of our reported forum abuses we find and know the outcome, i.e. it was edited or removed, or someone else beat us to it, or no action taken, etc.?

Termite conversation covers hundreds of pages if you wanted to dig into it, but most of all, simply budget for $350 on a purchase, and have a local pest guy in your pocket, take him out to dinner or a drink and abuse him when needed...

Long story short, a dear friend is needing to leave an abusive relationship, but her husband has screwed up her credit and she has several pets, so won't have much luck finding a rental.

They are not allowed to discriminate based upon race, color, creed/religion, sex (though it does not state it, I am assuming this includes sexual orientation), disabilities, familial status, or national origin.

Tenant accepts liability for alllandscape damage and/or replacement of such, if caused by neglect, abuse orlack of water.c.    

I use finger jointed primed base board on my rentals as it seems to hold up much better to abuse.  

Even if you know someone you need a formal agreement in case we get hit by a bus type stuff.Better to go the LLC route, cost may be an incentive to make more money.

To me, that seems abusive of their position.
