This captivating 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom Apt (Converted bedroom to a 2 bedroom apt.) includes a large master suite with a huge walk in closet, large bedroom floor layout, and tile floors throughout located in the gated community of Coral Gate East Condo with pool and playground views from the screened balcony.

In my novice opinion, this is what needs to be done to the house:Mold inspection/eradication (water damage from leaking water heater in attic)HVAC neglect (possible mold)10 Fogged Windows (house has numerous large beautiful windows that have become opaque due to moisture)Pressure wash exteriorReplace Carpets (approximately 1500-2000 sq ft)Paint interior walls/sand and paint trimPlumbing hardware has all been removed/needs to be replacedPool filled with excessive amounts of leaves/debris (pump is running)Excessive amounts of trash throughout house yard and pool houseLive Oak growing onto roof (arborist needed)New Sod (currently all weeds)Pool Deck ResurfacingGarage Door Openers have been removedLarge golf ball sized chip on bottom of granite on islandresurface built-insExterminatorPatch holes/cracks in walls (about 10 fist sized holes)Many light fixtures missing (10 or so in closets and bathrooms)smoke alarms missingSo, part of me was disgusted and felt very guilty watching my buddy conduct a walk through via the internet.  

I think the closet will cost $2500 max.

That stupid closet on the back is a disaster.

That closet full of stuff could be concealing a roof or plumbing leak, for instance, and we want to handle that in an empty unit.

If you attempt to purchase an auction property and get to the property inspection and it does not pass, can the purchaser make repairs before settlement to close te deal.

@Harman N.I would either extend the ductwork into the garage or install a mini split or portable heat pump.

We do periodic inspections and I'm not talking about major problems, but things like those above, or their kids put stickers all over their bedroom doors and broke the glass in a small corner of a mirrored closet door which doesn't bother them but certainly would a new tenant.

I found someone to paint and repair the plaster in a closet for a great price.

In your option B, the master suite closet is not functional to maximize the closet shelving.
