I'm interested in all of the areas you specialize in, except for Port Alberni. 

In Houston, some houses had Porte-Cochere, which was a covered place to get out of your car.

If I add up Princ/Int payment of $275 plus taxes at $55 and insurance at $25, the total payment would be $355.

As Brent has mentioned there are a few of us in AU now, and a few in Melbourne. 

I am looking for some BRRRR properties in the Ormond Beach, Holly Hill and Port Orange areas.
