I haven’t actually started looking yet... but I am very familiar with Parma, I grew up in parma and owned my first home as well. it will definitely be on my radar.

At what point have those of you who grew beyond being able to do it all yourself bring on the following helpers, part-time or full-time?

Something I've found is that Denver is a much harder place to get started from as investing standpoint so I've been curious if people have had success investing outside of Colorado and in the Milwaukee area (where I moved from) or the Indianapolis area (where I grew up and the rest of my family lives).I'm 27 and currently work in Sales as a manufacturer's rep on the plumbing side for new construction commercial projects throughout all of Colorado and Southern Wyoming.

He literally grew up with donkeys and camels as the family "vehicles," so it 100% makes sense that spitting twigs out off to the side wasn't something he gave second thought to... plop a 19th century cowboy in a Corvette, and he might spit chewing tobacco without really thinking about it!

@Jon LaDue, welcome to DC, I grew up in Cincinnati and moving from Dayton to DC is certainly a substantial change. 

I grew up in westchester my entire life, and again many other towns before portchester would be my opinion.

I was able to grow very quickly and when I grew tired of real estate at age 29, I had 206 different partners.

I grew up in GR area and it seems overly trendy and too hot.

I'm new to investing but grew up with our family owned real estate business.

The market grew over the years, and I was under market by at least $250!
