New from Summerville, SC --looking for plex in my area

Good Morning,

Just starting in the Summerville, SC area.  I'm a retired veteran and Ideally I'd love to purchase a multi-plex in my area to house hack while my 17 yo finishes HS in May 2019. 

I'm new to investing but grew up with our family owned real estate business. (So I came in understanding a little already through osmosis, lol). I also hired a coach to help me through and I'm excited to do my first deal! 

Right now I'm looking for referrals for a good attorney and accountant in my area. So please refer away if you know a good fit.
