hey everyone, I am a newbie from Southeast Texas.

But i will use a example here in Ohio, ( although I live and work the columbus area ) when I list a house in say Canal Winchester ( south east side of Columbus ) sales price is about 200,000 so commission is 12k spilt between both agents.

I'd like to invest in these areas as well as the South East and South Florida.
