hey everyone, I am a newbie from Southeast Texas. i am a 26 year old husband and father of 4 boys. I am currently in sales(I sale rare coins via telephone). I am getting started in Wholesaling after several months of research. My buyers list is approaching 50 and I am now beginning to look for properties in my area. My two biggest issues seem to be information overload and also nailing down the exact marketing strategies that will work in my area. I appreciate everyone on sites like this for the insight you offer and I look forward to helping other newbies in the future.
