Opportunities - how might you best monetize the opportunity?

I am also an options trader, it helps me monetize some capital.

Im making over $2500/mo NET on three properties by doing that model.

If you're going to do your own marketing, I'd suggest planning on ways to monetize all of the opportunities that present themselves.

Do some digging or let it go and never learn to monetize any property without buying at an extremely low price with new financing.  

County/City employees are always 'absolutely sure' if it means they don't have to do anything yet still monetize their inactivity.
