I recently spent a week in Cape Town.

And then miss the deal lose their money and all the time they spent on it.

What I mean is I had a friend  spend 50 grand on a program people laughed blown away..the templates they have alone has saved him more than he spent especially when dealing with contractors.

His time spent on each project is super minimal but I need his ability to pull permits and construction expertise to spot check subcontractor work while I am studying to take the Residential Builder Exam myself to get my own license.

There were some bad days of course, but overall I'd say I probably spent 4-6 hours per week managing my 15 units. 

We spent cash rehabbing this one in 2022/2023. 

I just look at them and say politely " I have spent 20 years learning this and your going to have to do what I did".. and walk off.. no way I was going to train my competition..

I had a cabin burn to the ground a few years ago near downtown Gatlinburg, and spent a small fortune building a timber frame log cabin out of thick yellow pine logs.

I spent a lot of time reading through my state's LLC laws.

I have, however, been attempting to DIY paint the kitchen cabinets and have spent over 8 hours just trying to clean the cabinets of all the dirt, grime, and oil built up over the years.
