She damaged my roof when she placed a boat in the backyard, she blast music until 4 a.m, she keeps trash all around her side of the building,  we are talking about-tires-broken dish washers-broken grills- and more. she painted the walls green without permission and left it like that.

The masters guests are going to be using the furniture, sheets and dishes of the other tenants.

Toilet paper, dish soap, dish scrubbers, light bulbs. 

Over the next few weeks, as I was standing up at the commode to do my business with the window open, I observed, several times, the young lady, topless, doing dishes in her kitchen sink, with no curtains in her own (closed) window.

@Bradley Wood I think I was sold a line of bull from a couple of other people on the subject.You will find a lot of people dishing out bull in this business.

Started in house with simple things doing the dishes every night, cutting excess spending and dialing in my personal finances.

Is the potential cash flow in the interim worth the initial capex of furnishing the entire unit down to the dishes?

The new owner can ADD items to the lease, such as animal restrictions, satellite dish mounting, etc. but can not remove anything from it.
