Over the past three months, I've listened to BP podcasts every morning to/from work and...I'm grinning as I read your post because it's clear to me that you've got "the real estate itch".  

Instead, if you want to order it with an appraiser directly as a one-off, pitch it simply as them saving on the "appraisal management company" middle man fee (they hate AMCs in general [so do lenders, in case you're wondering], so you're scratching that itch).

You just have to contribute $20 or so to some charity to join..Banks are itching to get higher-yielding assets than the paltry returns they're getting in MBS and bonds, so I'm sure you can find someone if your credit and CF situation is good/decent.

Rather drastic,, I'd get tenant to pay but maybe extend the payment over 2 months or so.. honesty to evict over this is not my way of doing business,, I'd get the money but extend the time to pay, unless I was itching for a way to kick them out.. maybe time to raise the rent and hire a snow plow guy service.. 

The source of the fear takes the form of a incessant voice in the head and/or physical discomfort (itching,unnecessary movement, tension, short of breath, rapid heart beat, etc.)

I've got an itching question:I understand the process of finding investors during the financing/capitalization phase of the process, by what I need an answer to is this: How does one find/support the large deposit needed to begin escrow.

I started getting the itch again about 2 years ago.

Now I'm itching to whip out some P&L, Balance and Cashflow sheets to really get into the nitty gritty!

Long story short the process can not nor would I want to duplicate it.So I guess I'm itching at the idea of finding a duplex or similar rental in a far less expensive land.

It's great to see that you've been focusing on properly educating yourself and have the itch to take action.
