I am itching to sell/refi my suburban Austin rental and buy something to the north.   

If you have a sudden itch to tell me what could go wrong that's so arbitrary and low odds of happening: please don't post here.So here is the first approach. 

I failed on a couple of SFR deals in the Arlington and Grand Prairie area a couple years ago when I was itching to just get a deal done, and I'm still climbing out of my hole to try again...although much more informed thanks to BP!

I've had the itch to do so for about 4 years but never had the guts to actually do it but now I'm going to force myself to do it.

Even when you start to go fast you may slow down again, for example I'm itching for another property as I haven't bought one in about 9 months, cause there haven't been many deals that the numbers make sense to me right now.

So we're house hacking a 2-flat in Chicago right now and I keep seeing buildings in the neighborhood popping up cheap enough that I could be sure to cash flow, but getting that 20% - 20% for the second down payment is...

A couple years there, I had the itch to get back to building, so I went to a local meet up for RE Investment and met a pile of investors.  

I am itching to start buying.

I hear there's a lot of outdoorsy things to do around SLC, which I'm excited about, but I'm kind of a beach bum and will need to scratch that itch at least once this summer.

I am itching to get started searching for the deals, but I feel like my home debt and overhead has me feeling like both hands are tied behind my back.Any input is greatly appreciated.
