I told him to keep my number and if his other offers fell through to give me a call.That's where it stands right now.Man I have the itch, I really want to get into the REI game!

The 2 properties I purchased Dec 2021 are both up over 6 digits from retail price (I purchased both a little under retail).I am likely going to Purchase something soon (getting the itch).  

All of my tenants in Koreatown Los Angeles drive Lexus/BMW/MBZ across the board...and they all seem to respect me and pay their rent on time and take very good care of their units.I've been getting the strong itch to get back to driving a manual transmission though.

But the 2007/2008 housing bubble crisis scarred me to where I lost interest in further pursuing investing.However, the REI itch has been creeping its way back, and now is at a point where it want to truly educate myself to gain the confidence and knowledge to make smart investments.I would love to connect with you all to network, discuss, and absorb as much info as possible from this wonderful community.Hopefully I get to meet some of you face to face at some meet ups!

I have some cash saved up and I'm itching for that first buy but suffering from analysis paralysis.

Maybe some flips or turnarounds when I had the time and particular itch.

Two options that will put your equity to work, but also scratch that investment itch you are having. 

We walked away itching for a big multi like that, so we cracked open the parameters a little, maybe a little too much at first.

Rather drastic,, I'd get tenant to pay but maybe extend the payment over 2 months or so.. honesty to evict over this is not my way of doing business,, I'd get the money but extend the time to pay, unless I was itching for a way to kick them out.. maybe time to raise the rent and hire a snow plow guy service..
