All and all, get that education that´s static and will never go away and do this part time;  build it up and if you get that itch evaluate the full time notion down the road.

Over the past three months, I've listened to BP podcasts every morning to/from work and...I'm grinning as I read your post because it's clear to me that you've got "the real estate itch".  

Instead, if you want to order it with an appraiser directly as a one-off, pitch it simply as them saving on the "appraisal management company" middle man fee (they hate AMCs in general [so do lenders, in case you're wondering], so you're scratching that itch).

Enjoying everything so far but im itching to land another deal in a different market.

I've got an itching question:I understand the process of finding investors during the financing/capitalization phase of the process, by what I need an answer to is this: How does one find/support the large deposit needed to begin escrow.

I'm itching to get started and trying to believe that I don't need to be rich to make money, but I'm having a super hard time figuring out my entrance strategy.I also live in NJ very close to the city and know that my first property has got to be close and realistic.
