My wife and I would love to build out a buy/hold empire :-), after we got “the itch” renting out our first home.

Just wanted to introduce myself, how I got the itch for real estate, particularly in the Texas market sense that is my initial desired launching point into real estate.My name is Cody Niles and I have been serving overseas with my family as missionaries.

I've got a relatively new set of guidelines sitting here dated February 5, 2016, that I've been itching to use in exactly this scenario becaaaaaaaause.... 3% down.Non-FHA, I don't see any commentary about flips.

Are agents going to be itching to work with you knowing you're throwing 100 lowball offers hoping to close on one? 

I've been a member for a little while and I've been so busy learning and getting my first deal done I forgot to post an introduction.My name is nathan larson, I work full time and have been itching to get into re.

However, I'm finding that I have an itch to pick up more real estate and there are two problems: (1) deals are time-intensive to find and (2) I need more time to build up my capital so that I won't be undercapitalized when I pick up my next deal.

Makes me itch to pay 20k per sq.ft. on bare land, plus you have the hillside issue.

Once I had the first deal under my belt I was itching for the next and next and next.  

I tend to agree with Larry regarding the seeming randomness of your selections, which says to me that you're just itching to spend your money, on whatever looks cheap.But, thanks for asking.
