New to BP and Chattanooga...looking for recommendations!

Hi!

I'm new to BP. My wife and I would love to build out a buy/hold empire :-), after we got "the itch" renting out our first home. After a year of reading every book we could find, we finally found a good deal, and built up the courage to "jump". We bought a duplex in Nashville last month, and, at the urging of our mentor, we've started to look in Chattanooga (TN) for buy & hold opportunities. We found a great opportunity, quickly, in the North Shore area, and we're closing on Tuesday. Here's the problem - it's going to require 35k+ in reno, and we've yet to build out our network! Yikes! :-/ We know a few folks in the area, but wanted to know if anybody has any recommendations for trustworthy contractors in any/all areas of reno? Also looking for a good property manager. We'll be joining the Chatt REIA so we can start meeting folks, but we're hoping to get a jumpstart on our latest investment!

Thank you for your advice...we’re excited to join the BP community!

-Mark
