@Nathan Lombard is this only an App, or is there a desktop interface? 

The interface is also beautiful and a lot easier to use than Cozy in my opinion.

It's okay but the interface works well only with duplexes, tri-plexes, quads and SFRs.

Here in NY the ban is clearly only on evictions for non-payment - but I am not sure how the federal moratorium interfaces with our state law, and the additional challenge (at least here in NY) is even if you are allowed to evict today is finding a judge to hear your case. 

They have a simple interface where the tenant is able to pay a small fee (I think around $15) and then they are able to share the credit report with me.Unfortunately they have been having some difficulties with their website.  

The interface looked horrible, but I knew what I was looking for.

@Nate Smoyer, As a customer I found the features to be mostly comparable for my use with innago, tenantcloud and avail. with 60 units at $5/unit/mo, avail would work out to be more expensive than appfolio or buildium. in avail's favor I found the interface to be more polished than innago and more intuitive than tenantcloud.

So far my tenant and I really enjoy the Cozy.co interface and they're regularly adding new features that truly make this an awesome tool.  

Propelio allows me a simpler user interface and realestateiq.co seems to provide me more leads.

You'll interface with agents and contractors and tenants.
