I am also involved in the East Hartford market. 

I’m looking mainly in Wethersfield, Newington, and Glastonbury (though I’m not opposed to searching in Manchester, Windsor, or West Hartford as well).

My advise, being is that your right out of college,  is to pick one market (for example: strip malls in West Hartford) & find out & learn everything you can about that market.   

I worked at KPMG for 6 years in Stamford and Hartford and just left in December.
