Hello, just wanted say good morning and I'm excited to be a new member to BP. I work 3rd shift at Coca-Cola and I'm getting ready to close on my very first multi family property. Well, my very first property ever I'm excited and nervous all in one. I've been listening to the podcast for about a month love all the information on the show and how real it is too. Well, Gdm and gdn have to rest up for work tonight hope everyone has a great weekend and I'll be tuning in on YouTube tonight at work to learn all that I can.
