Hi there,I'm a member of a family based LLC and with my father we're looking for some good investment opportunities in the US.We're living in France and already have bought two turnkey houses in Florida.

I went in 50/50 with my father on a duplex, and we put that into an LLC, but mostly to put our ownership rights/responsibilities to paper - I was uncomfortable with the partnership business form.

My father is a structural cad electrical/structural engineer so I know I can save on the plans However where I see I could save a good bit is on the interior work.

My mom has never met her real father but has been looking for him her whole life, eventually she was able to relay a message to one of his ex wife's and asked her to pass the message along.

My father called the library "The Poor Man's University".

I personally do not have any skills in rehabbing but my father has friends who rehab for a living.

I could have sold as is when I got it, but In honor of my father I wanted to get it back in the same shape as the day he bought it.
