Also partials if you don't know the other owners are about as tough to unwind as can be humanly possible in the event of a default .. much better to do whole notes unless your the only owner.you can simply write in and get a opinion from your division of corporate securities or what ever you call them in Texas.. give the scenario they will tell you if it needs registration or not.
