beware anyone who reads this: I was under the impression the PO would take my many old cheap stamps like currency then re-stamp my letters at .49 each but no, you've got decorate your envelopes with however many stamps needed to equal .49 cents.

If you have a real knack for decor & hospitality (not just your opinion, but your friends & family have always commented on how nice your house looks), maybe airbnb or renting rooms out in a house (not necessarily your own home-- there is a real need for single people to have housing, & communal housing is a thing.

We had painted and put new flooring in right before she moved in and everything still looked new, was neatly decorated, and even smelled nice.
