There's no reason to go ALL financing or ALL cash, but to be strategic about how to use your funds to acquire more properties as opportunities present themselves.Hope that helps with your thought process.

That’s what I do for my leases.I echo the comment on getting really good insurance with an umbrella policy as well.

You received some feedback from @Mija Aguilera who has local expertise and knowledge of the area and I am interpreting his comments as the location is viable for commercial use.

This Meadowbrook Dr SE property presented an excellent opportunity due to its favorable location and untapped potential.

Forming little groups in the background to down vote certain individuals comments based on skin color, or religion, or perceived political leanings seems like something we could all do without on this forum.

Though a rent increase is over due, due to this change we are willing to leave the rental rate the same for the present time.
