You're correct its i dont have proof that they sell drugs or burnt the shed but i have a tenant and neighbors who say collaborate each others after talking to them separately.James, i just want to add that i am not a nosy landlord.

If you're not actually going to pay the rent either then all you're doing is collaborating with a non-paying tenant in an effort to allow them to live rent free.let me not sideline my own post and create another one specifically to discuss this erap program.

Billing is sent directly to the owner per their warranty agreement.So its not directly that we work with them, but more so collaborate with the owner to utilize the resources they have. 

Anecdotally, most companies don’t have the infrastructure or the desire to allow people to continue working remotely indefinitely for a multitude of reasons (i.e. training new employees, collaborative team efforts on new initiatives, company culture, supervision, etc.).
