. - Restrictions on dog breeds, - Restrictions on the numbers of properties insured with 1 company- LLC's or entities on personal policies,  - Vacant or properties to be rehabbed- Replacement or Actual Cash Value or Agreed Value, - Bundling policies for additional discounts- Umbrella policy requirements, do they allow other carriers?

Then stop and talk to the local mail carriers about the neighborhood also talk to utility workers working the areas.

Hard to completely blame the agents though as carriers have cut their commissions to the point of instilling desperation in their agents.

With 24 I would recommend they contact their insurance carrier and maybe throw them a gift card. 

I wrote a blog post on this on my blog but quick summary is what happens when the whole building floods and there is a fight between the different carriers as to how much each one will pay out, or they discover that the by-laws were that they had to buy collectively  this is not a good place to be especially for a homeowner who just wants insurance to cover the darn loss.

Probably a notice was put in their mailbox and they never either went to the post office or signed the paper for the postal carrier to leave the object.If this had been a tax sale notice, it would have been sent to their correct and current address, but they did not get the notice, therefore bad title to the property.

Hello BPers,Looking for an insurance agency or carrier to help out with my multifamily. 

Many carriers won't touch a property with k & t wiring and will insist that you upgrade.  

Any activities outside of that are irrelevant to the O&E carrier, is my understanding.
