I heard this notion 3 times in the last couple days: going to wait and safe my money until inflation is over and prices come down again, one of them a fellow investor!!

Don't get me wrong, I am sure there is, and I'm here to learn this and prove to myself that my notions are outdated.I will be very happy to connect with you while we venture into this somewhat unknown territory!

That said, I'm interested in the notion of wholesaling to raise enough capital separate from the lump sum I referenced above.  

They think there is no way to overcome qualifying for loans without 2 years of work history, high DTI, blah blah blah I have already seen most of my preconceived notions of who can qualify for loans blown out of the water.

It seemed like she blew Dave Meyer's mind.I think you're right in regards to investing cautiously in a booming market Marcus, however I disagree with the notion that this is a "flaw of the free market."

The pundits feed them this stuff because it generates ratings and money but the harm comes with the notion that no matter what, these people believe what they are told.  

I must disagree with the meme notion of "If you can't prove it - you can't claim it."
