We just listed our property for rent on Monday and have a lady coming to look at our home tomorrow evening.

1 lady had 3 homes in the same street.

There’s a judgement for $280K from a reverse mortgage that the lady should not have been able to sign according to her son.

As a 24 year old working in Sacramento after studying engineering at the University of California Berkeley, I stayed for $550/mo in Rancho Cordova, all included in a furnished room in a 30-something lady’s twin house (shared a wall with another owners house).

We ended up being sent all over the place and just to end up with 2 ladies saying flat out they had no idea what this list was and how I would be able to get it.

She’s an older lady that knows how to talk and get off market deals.

I don’t know why this lady has such an issue with mailboxes.

However, it is still enough time to wildly profit on a 3 or 4 year Lease Option.

I have a great lady, I give her basic info about the property, she gives me ~3 options with the price and coverage I am looking for (and am required to have) and I fill out one application, she takes care of the rest.YMMV
