Hi guys, quick question regarding the Fannie Mae owner occupied program.

They have a solid DSCR program, even do STR and Rural. 

I was told about the LD 2003 program which allows property owners to build a second home on the property and it will not be considered an ADU. 

He has really good content and tips and I am looking to sign up for his mentorship program.

We do the legwork with finding the best options when it comes to program, rate and fees.

🙏 I'm looking at section 8 program currently, these look like good additions to my spreadsheet.

It reminds me of when I was first learning to program - any answers I found only led to more questions. 

I liked him and what he was offering (and being in the coaching space myself, I’m not at all bothered that he was selling something) but I’d never heard of him before, so I wanted to do a bit more digging before signing up.I am curious if anyone in the BP community  has had experience specifically with him, his courses or coaching program and would mind sharing their thoughts.
