I definitely have no problem turning down clients who are either unreasonable or otherwise not worth the effort.

Even if the tenant has a mental disability requiring treatment with an emotional support animal, it is unreasonable to expect you to suffer the consequences of dropped insurance.If you get sued, it does work in your favor that the animal was not presented to you as an Emotional Support Animal.

It seems the biggest hurdle in this particular strategy is the daunting task of "scrubbing, or scraping" the lists.

Hi @Chris Sellers:I haven't personally explored the possibility of building a new mobile home park, but have heard similar concerns and would imagine the zoning to be a real hurdle. 

Big thing holding me back is getting over hurdle of health insurance for my family as well as 401k.
