Office and retail seem out of my risk appetite profile with the uncertain outcome of this pandemic.

We used hard money to fund the acquisition and rehab, making this an extremely uncertain time for my wife and I.

I was being reluctant about the idea of lowering the price to make it a “deal” for buyers but we all know that when priced right it will sell even though we’re going through uncertain times (which will pass for sure).. 

Try to not only to survive but to thrive in the uncertain times. what you do will depend on your assessment of what is happening.

I've since spoken to these GCs and others (perhaps biased) who have all stated that there is much uncertainty and that for the time being prices are stable with regards to materials and they are uncertain as to how the future will unfold.Lawrence brings up the same exact economics play that I was thinking GCs and subs can't ignore. 

Be they legislators, your mortgage company, or your tenants.  

Everyone has been affected in some way, and this is an opportunity for us to provide some financial relief during this difficult and uncertain time.
