If its total, that's not all that stellar.

I never push a poor tenant on a landlord unless it is a second chance opportunity in which the landlord works with less than stellar tenants.I've had comparable amounts of tenant issues stemming from both subsidy and private and most of those could've been avoided with screening.

I have tried local realtors, and a few other individuals to manage my properties for me with less than stellar results.

If you write an exhaustive post with all of the numbers and the deal happens to be stellar, you might have a small chance of finding someone on this forum who would be willing to step in and close this with you.

I know it's generally harder to get a good cash flow in A neighborhoods areas compared to B or C, but I'm still willing to sacrifice that for stellar locations.

650 is not a stellar credit score however......credit score is only one of a long list of reasons why indivulaes may choose to rent.
