Electrical- updated panel box?

These are all mass repetitive "Contained" environments.Now the next great investment will be Auto over the road trucks, Nano Cancer treatments, Nano crop pesticide reduction, Solar electric surface paint generation, Water pumping technology from the Mississippi River to California/Arizona (reverse Dam management(actually don't recommend this, will cause excess salination of the Gulf)), Certified Individualized Student learning platforms, etc. 

. ($80K to upgrade panel and rewire a $2200 sq ft house- NO!)

Is another panel, or worse an upsize to your electrical service needed?

The hallway to the bedroom side of the house and two of the 4 bedrooms is paneled with a dark wood paneling. 

A simple electric panel replacement would wipe out months of net cashflow.

We negotiated the triplex down to $78,000 and they fix the electric panel in the basement before they told us they wanted to sell them together.

If we put solar on our current primary home, will it help with value?

You won't know what is owed on the solar until you get payoff and solar contract.

On the exterior, removed all the overgrown bushes from the front and back, cut 2 small trees in front, planted some sod, power wash exterior of the house, and added mulch and solar lights.
