I know that any and all of these have their pros and cons but I really would like to hear what some of the seasoned BPers believe have worked the best for them in taking their businesses to the next level!

I’m not interested in taking people to showings, marketing myself etc., but if people are willing to do some homework on their own and use me to close the deal, it could be a win-win.

But the question could always be asked of your intent in taking title to the new property in your name first.In order to qualify for a 1031 exchange you must sell property that you acquired with the intent of holding for productive use. 

I admire your courage in taking a calculated risk and making good.

You can figure out in 5 yrs from now what the total value of your portfolio needs to be in order to generate a $6,000 per month positive cashflow based off the projected cap rate of the asset class you are investing in. Take

In taking a quick look at the numbers, I would start socking away money for retirement. 

Depending on the location and number of lots, I may be interested in taking a look.
