I am based out of NYC, but am currently active in the WNC market and I travel down quite frequently so would be interested in attending in-person events as well.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, traveling.

You will also need to understand how to file taxes properly, potentially in both locations, and you will probably need to travel there from time to time, most likely when you do NOT want to go there.

will you be traveling to your chosen location in person to supervise and manage your projects?  

That way you have someone that can step in, perhaps a sister, or a brother or some one like that who is responsible enough to handle this highly valuable asset portfolio that you have.

I own a travel agency and have monitored booking calendars similar to our villa for 6+ years, and knew the ROI would be there.

However, being close to the National Park makes typical travel time longer and being closer to the Four Seasons Resort can be accompanied by high HOA fees.

@Justin Ceballos thanks for the great advice, ive traveled for most of the island but honestly the only time im in the north is when i land in san juan.For the most part i stay in the southern part of the island from cabo rojo to humacao.
