Though it is a popular thing to say gut feeling and investment in one sentence, I think sometimes gut feeling is just ok to start the process. 

If you’re goal is to invest then read the last sentence and find a REIT, a partner, or notes to invest in.

Your one-sentence question needs more context. 

I know BP is loaded with beginners but PLEEESE read the verbiage its like a 5 th grader wrote it.. those are not sentences a real lender would write its like from a 9th grader.. 

Ironically,  since I posted this, I have gotten 2 poorly worded 1 and 2 sentence messages that basically both say " how you do that?" 

@Mark Pedroza thanks for your advice mark and I think I had some misspelling in that sentence, she doesn't want the parcels at all and basically just wants to be done with it but obviously she was mis informed when she was told because she lives in another state that there is nothing that can be done.

., I have worked from Seattle to Key West and my experience is that recorders don't care about the legal language except for the legal description and other required information to record the deed. if the developer really wants something on record, you could record an affidavit with the agreement. these are common  like here in Oregon if you border farm ground or timber ground there may be a sentence below the legal description saying that your aware of intense farming or logging activity and you cant whine about it after you buy  LOL.. 

They separate the "really bad screens" from the "less bad screens" and make money doing it.And the really bad screens also are housed elsewhere between jail sentences--some call them War Zones or F areas, (and there are people in here that make money housing them in those areas also).So it's probably not a housing issue in the areas we see this happening, as much as it's the local government not wanting a particular segment of their population to move away to (Suitable Housing) in another area--where they will lose Federal Financial Income for themselves and those who "Contribute to their campaigns" (and give them other perks in life to do their bidding).Areas like this typically have homeless populations (who actually need housing), but the local governments seem to do very little to house these people in a decent respectable manner, instead choosing to keep their own pockets (and those of certain of their contributors (and benefactors) lined with Federal Government cash for so-called servicing these people with tax payer provided services and etc...Just my 2 cents...Good Luck!
