I’m  sure there are outliers, the data just doesn’t support it from what I’m seeing.  

I have been with several myself and I believe I have found the one that fits my needs with training and support.

The support network is extreme.

One time we had guests that brought a dog (against policy), tried to sneak it in but got caught on outside cameras, provided a bogus emotional support certificate they downloaded on the internet after the fact, left the house a wreck and then left a bad revenge review after we reported them to the platform.

Wanting an agent who's engaged and supportive is just good business sense.

Agents want you to support them like an employee, but they will never respect you as their boss.
