Does anyone on the site have any experience with the "Rejuvenate" Floor Restorer or other solutions on the market that offer a less expensive alternative to refinishing a wooden floor that is in reasonable condition for it's age?

We use Habitat for Humanity Restore stores almost exclusively.  

I've used Howard Restor a Finish before to varying success.

When I apply "best practices" as a rehabber and landlord I am generally rewarded by stable rents and restored property value.

The market value is immense particularly in Society Hill (we're talking millions) but there are specific guidelines that must be adhered to during any restoration.

I would call a restoration company see if they have any methods other than a full gut that may work.

Sometimes damage from flooding is minimal at other times it can be very costly and make a home nearly unlivable without a very expensive restoration.

My hobbies are woodworking, antique tool restoration, gardening, financial literacy education, volunteer work through my church congregation.  

As a history buff, I would also love to invest in (and eventually restore) historical homes in the Houston-Galveston, Texas.
