I spend my days rescuing dogs and horse's and playing with my 12 grandkids.

Sometimes they started a dog/cat rescue at your house. 

I have trouble rescuing brushes from this product after a use or two.

Who is there to fix stuff for the individual- No one is coming to rescue the individual and definately not the investor so you have to live whatever your decision for years.

I believe we as a country will have to default on much of our debt and will have to be forgiven this debt and be rescued by China.

Unless the owner can rescue his property from foreclosure, I will bet he just drops any attempt to evict.

when I was doing foreclosure rescue ( when it was legal in WA and OR ) we self closed all of those .. although it was hair on fire  and of course no title insurance.. but it was the business 

Well it just about broke her and she ended up living there for about 4 or 5 years and self managing.. but she rescued what was for sure going to be a flame out.. and as soon as she could she sold and came back to PDX bought a 18 unit and condo in Maui and put OKC in the rear view mirror..

Many are helped also know this especially in low value dumpy properties.. but many are hurt very badly I have done well over 10 foreclosure rescues the day of or day before the sale .. were some no money throw it up against the wall wholesaler just BS the people all the way to were they almost lost the property.
