I wouldnt, so long as you have your requirements laid out - they should be able to know if it is even worth applying.

So what is your land worth if you have to pay for the toxic waste clean up (or have the government clean it up and then put a lien on your property for services rendered)?

I've done a lot of DTS marketing and found that almost all my leads were either tire kickers or if they actually wanted to sell, the property had so many entanglements (multiple family members involved, tons of debt on it, municipal liens, etc.) it wouldn't even be worth it.
