@Shane Woods Once you have your website set up, have a banner or real estate sign done for the property,(this one is 8') with a rendering if you have one (if not, it's ok) put your website address on the sign, and your phone number, put a take one box and fill with flyers (I actually made postcards just like this banner that I'll put in mine) and start generating interest!

They will be going off of lot value and you will need to cover the rest in addition to down payment.Funding and taxes can render the project worthless before even getting into permitting and build costs. 

That is what I do and just make sure you say it is a digital rendering of what the place will look like when finished with the rehab.

My realtor suggested it might be because of the low-quality renders.

The answer is yes, I'll render whatever assistance you might need.

Regardless if you had the tenant move out early, the courts and attorneys will be paid for services rendered.

In my case, the large manager was priced well at 10% but the services rendered were almost non-existent.
