We are having our roof replaced due to storm damage, however, when the shingles were removed another storm came through the area and caused a significant amount of water damage inside the house.

When the sellers left, they left the dehumidifiers on and we are now removing over 2-4 gallons of water DAILY with them and it would be more if they didn't fill up then shut off. 

I am loosing my sleep learning and learning this.

Regarding exterior painting standard is no loose paint. 

During the sales and escrow process everything was much more loosely goosey in commercial.  

P.S we were quoted 2300 to remove overgrown vegetation along fenceline and trim the bushes in the front yard. 4000 to install a drain and the base of the exterior stairwell for drainage.

Based on some of this information, I asked them to coordinate removal of their equipment. 

By removing barriers to entry you may get more leads  consequently you will also waste more of your or your teams time. 

Bottom line,  I regret loosing $ 6,000.00 on this scam.  

I have recently been removed from all 6 business bank accounts and had no responses from him.
