I suspect the owner already refi all the money out, stop paying mortgage & HOA fee, milking it as a rental until the first foreclose.  

Don't think that recycling other peoples inventory will make you rich, it won't end well for you.

It was a record for me, David, and that didn't count over a dozen cars and several large truckloads of recyclables such as metal etc.  

She tried her best to reform me, she would sit my sister and I down with milk and fresh baked cookies and give us a English lesson until she finally figured out that the milk and cookies seemed to slow down our learning process.

It's really simple.  1% is used when you want your milk to taste like water, 2% is used when you want to drink healthier milk.  

As soon as I see any, it's scan and recycle.  

And it will reduce your debt to income ratio.I am thinking that a 5/1 must hae a great rate, I would try to milk that first 5 years as much as possible. 

These are all Presort Standard, so I just chuck them in the recycle bin.
