Money as a recyclable, renvenue generating resource is definitely the best strategy (particularly when there's a limited amount of it in my case!)

I've not used asphalt re-grind before but have heard of a method of getting recycled asphalt spread as a cheaper alternative to paving.

I think the more tools you have in your belt the more properties you will be able to acquire and profit from and the more sub-markets and parts of the RE cycle you will be able to operate profitably in vs a one trick (buy-and-hold) pony.
