Frustrating but I know my intent is pure and acumen is strong.

The unit is also not a pure investment; I plan on moving  back into it eventually.

You could also get the perfect tenant who really takes care of your house.From a purely business perspective.

Its purely for entertainment like others have said.

So, my question is- would yall make the down payment pure HELOC?

Seems almost everyone from purely an investment position shifts parks this way.
