I use Thumbtack for any help needed for rental, including photographer.Also, you might ask a referral from RE agent, PM, or give a call to a listing agent you like the photos of.

@Taylor WatersI would ask him to show you the deals he has done and referrals to other people he has mentoredIt’s easy to do a public records search to see if he is telling the truth.

You need to talk to someone local and defintely get some referrals.

@Dean Ng- Referrals are usually a good way. 

My guess is it'll have to mainly be word of mouth referrals from other investors.
