I didn't miss your point, I'm just not buying the false narrative which certain news organizations like to peddle that there's some kind of mass exodus of people out of CA "voting with their feet".

I am ready to collaborate and (literally) venture into amazing and profitable relationships!

I agree with @Jamie Banks that, while it takes time, its best to develop these relationships organically.

We’re primarily focused on long-term buy-and-hold properties, but we don’t want to miss opportunities to flip for a quick profit.

Despite the competitive pricing and the fact that it’s been completely remodeled (new roof, HVAC units, windows, floors, appliances—you name it), it’s still sitting on the market.I’m trying to figure out how to get this property to sell faster while still turning a profit.
